The seller made sure I ordered the right size and type before sending it, and was kind enough to ship it quickly since I need it soon! I ordered a size 24W floor-length. I'm 161cm and it's the right floor length for me! It's easy to put on; The lace at the top has a velcro close, then underneath you have the lacing and underneath the lacing is an invisible zipper. You definitely need a crinoline/petticoat to add some poof underneath the skirt. The only downside is the built-in cups on the bust, they were way too small and made my chest look awkward, but it's okay since I'm having the dress altered so I'll just take the cups out. Other than that it's a 10/10, would really recommend!
