На рост 180 брал размер M. Сидит офигенно. Но если хотите чтоб низ немного свисал, то берите размер L, не прогадаете. Качество отличное, не плотные. Самое то, на лето, осень или весну. Они широкие сами по себе, если надеть термобелье, то можно и зимой ходить, смотреться будет нормально. Уже пару знакомых заказали, тоже довольны.
