CarroMart is an eCommerce store that offers a curated range of quality products at competitive prices through a trusted global network of suppliers, including CJdropshipping.

How does CarroMart work?

We use a dropshipping model, meaning we don’t keep products in stock. When you place an order, it’s shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse to your doorstep. This helps us keep costs low and offer a wide variety of items.

Do you have a physical store?

No, CarroMart is an online-only platform. This allows us to keep our operations efficient and offer better deals to our customers.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days. Some items may arrive earlier depending on the supplier's U.S. warehouse availability. Shipping times may vary during holidays or global disruptions.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For select products, CJPacket Fast USA or USPS shipping options are available. These typically reduce delivery time to 5–10 business days.

Why did my order arrive in parts?

Some of your items may be sourced from different warehouses. You’ll receive multiple tracking numbers for such cases.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is fulfilled. You can also track orders under “My Account > Orders.”

What is your return policy?

We accept return/refund requests in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The wrong item was received.

The item never arrived (based on tracking status and estimated time).

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video. We will either reship the item or issue a full refund.

Can I request custom products or branding?

Currently, CarroMart does not support product customization or private labeling. However, we’re working on expanding our offerings in the future.
